The Ogden woman accused of causing a crash that killed her husband earlier this month is being indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.
Jennie Clark has been indicted on charges of second-degree murder, vehicular manslaughter, and aggravated driving while intoxicated among other charges.
Police say Clark, her husband Matthew, and their three daughters were heading home on July 4th, when Clark threatened her husband, and slammed the minivan into a utility pole, killing him.
There three children were unharmed.
