A Monroe County grand jury has handed up an indictment in a firebombing at a Rochester building.
Forty-six-year-old Bruce Lee is charged with first-degree arson for throwing a Molotov cocktail at a store on Lyell Avenue last month.
Authorities say he had been in argument with the store owner earlier in the day. The flames outside the store spread inside, before firefighters could put out the fire.
