Rochester police have arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly causing a fatal crash on the city's southwest side.
Police say Justin Seaborn was driving while intoxicated yesterday when he lost control of his car and hit a parked car on Genesee Park Boulevard.
An 83-year-old man in the second car, Milton Harris, was killed.
Seaborn has a prior DWI and is now charged with felony DWI, driving without a license, imprudent speed, and aggravated vehicular homicide.
Seabon will be arraigned this morning.
