NYS Legislature Reverses Three COVID Related Executive Orders

Both chambers of the State Legislature have voted to overturn three executive orders Governor Cuomo issued in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Restaurants and bars no longer have to serve food to people who order alcoholic beverages.

The legislature also voted to reverse a rule that gave volunteer status to people who take on a substantial amount of government activities.

Finally, penalties and priority rules for COVID-19 vaccine administration are also repealed.
