Five more people have died of COVID-19 in Monroe County.
The health department reports the deaths happened between February 15th and March 14th.
The county's death toll now stands at 1,188.
There were 138 new confirmed cases of the virus since the last update.
According to the Monroe County COVID Dashboard, over 98,000 county residents have completed their vaccine series.
Also, another person has died of the illness in Seneca County.
It's the 2nd coronavirus-related death there this week, and 68th overall.
