The Monroe County Department of Public Health is preparing to open a vaccine scheduling link specifically for Phase 1B essential workers who are eligible in Monroe County.
The link will be posted on the County web site after the County receives its shipment of the Moderna this week, which will likely be today. 1100 doses will be available through the link.
Appointments will be made available later in the week at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
The list of essential workers includes first responders and their support staff, school and childcare staff, transit and corrections workers, grocery store workers and homeless shelter residents and staff.
