Two squatters are facing trespassing charges following a fire at a vacant motel building in Henrietta.
The fire went to two alarms at the former Vista Heights Inn on West Henrietta Road, near Lehigh Station Road.
Authorities say Colleen Edwards and Nicholas Eckhardt had been living at the building.
The fire caused significant damage to the roof and smoke damage to the second floor.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
