New Development Halloween Party Shooting in Lockport

There's a new development in the shooting that killed a young Medina woman at a Halloween party in Lockport.

The attorney for one of the teenagers arrested for the shooting death of Cheyenne Farewell is challenging the confession his client gave to police.

He says the boy's mother wasn't allowed to be with him when officers questioned her son.

Officials say the boy and another teen opened fire at the party October 17th, killing Farewell and injuring several others.

Farewell was a SUNY Brockport student.

The case has been sent to a grand jury.
