RIT Raising COVID-19 Alert Level

Rochester Institute of Technology has raised its COVID-19 alert level from green to yellow Friday.

School officials say its due to slight increase in positive cases on campus.

Monroe County Public Health Director Doctor Michael Mendoza says he's aware of the issue, but says the virus is, by and large, under control.

The school's dashboard shows three students tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks.
