Intensified Rochester Police patrols in the city's East End early this morning produced seven arrests. Police say five people were charged with violating Mayor Warren's emergency order against congregating in the streets...and two were charged with disorderly conduct. All the arrests were in the area of East Avenue and Alexander Street, where a crowd turned violent last weekend and two people were shot.
