Governor Cuomo says he's giving serious thought to issuing travel restrictions to keep the coronavirus out of the state. On MSNBC, Cuomo said he's talking with other states in the region about the issue.Meantime, he says the virus numbers in New York are looking good. He noted that the state reported only ten deaths Sunday. Cuomo added that around 57-thousand tests were done Sunday. Less than one-percent came back positive.
