Organizers of the KeyBank Rochester Fringe Fesitval say they're going for it: the ninth annual festival will go ahead as planned beginning Tuesday, September 15th through Saturday, September 26th. But there will be some major changes because of COVID-19.
Producer Erica Fee says to do it in a safe manner, they'll do most of the shows online as other fringe festivals have done. Indoor events will be moved outdoors to avoid the greater risk of spreading the virus.
There will be outdoor and drive-in shows as well.
