Governor Cuomo Concerned Over New Reports Of COVID-19 Cases

Governor Cuomo says the state had more than 600 new COVID-19 cases statewide since Tuesday, a number he calls troubling.

And he's shocked that 84-percent of those cases were people either at home and not working, or in nursing homes.

Cuomo says he expected to see more cases coming from essential workers or people taking mass-transit.
