Federal Judge Rules NYS Presidential Primary Will Occur In June

It appears New York's presidential primary is back on the calendar.

A federal judge has ruled the primary must be held on June 23rd.

The ruling also puts removed presidential candidates who ended their campaigns back on the ballot.

The primary was canceled because of the coronavirus and because Joe Biden was the only Democrat still running.

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and businessman Andrew Yang were the candidates fighting against the election's cancellation.
