New York State Police Asking For Help In 1983 Cold Case

New York State Police are asking for the public's help solving an Ontario County missing persons cold case from 1983.

State Police say 22-year-old Frank Fox was reported missing on January 7, 1983 after walking home from a New Year’s Eve party.

Fox reportedly left the party on Martin Road in the early morning hours of January first to walk approximately one-mile home to his house on Couty Road 7in the town of Manchester.

He declied several offers for rides, and attempted to walk home by cutting through some fields, but was never seen again.

State Police searched the land and divers searched of a few small bodies of water, but nothing was found.
