State Assemblyman Brian Kolb Arraigned on DWI Charge

State Assemblyman Brian Kolb is pleading not guilty to driving drunk on New Years Eve.

He appeared in court today for arraignment on his DWI charge.

Authorities were called after Kolb allegedly crashed his state-issued SUV near his driveway in Victor after an evening at a Pittsford restaurant.

Charging documents say his blood alcohol was twice the legal limit.

After his arrest, Kolb resigned as Assembly minority leader but is still in the Assembly.
