RCSD, RPD Say Plan In Place To Provide Security After Football Games

The Rochester City School District and city police are trying to prevent more trouble after high school football games.

The fights after the East High home game Friday night closed the streets nearby and led to five arrests. Police said hundreds of people were involved, and two officers were injured.

In a joint statement, the district and the police say they have a plan in place to provide for safety and security, and they say they will continue to work together.
