The trial of former Webster high school coach and teacher Kali Watkins got underway today...with the prosecution saying Watkins premeditated the rape of a 14-year-old girl in a high school locker room.
Prosecutor Meredith Vacca says the girl later tried to commit suicide and her life was changed forever.
Defense Attorney John Getz says the attack didn't happen and evidence will show Watkins was taking his dog to the vet at the time the girl says the attack took place.
