Consecutive Sentences for Coley in Shooting Death

The defendant in a Rochester homicide is headed to prison for at least 45 years.

Tremaine Coley was sentenced to consecutive sentences for the shooting death last September of Tasmere Kenard on Lyell Avenue.

As he lay dying, Coley and another man robbed him. Coley was sentenced as a persistent violent offender for manslaughter, robbery and gun charges.

A co-defendant, Delvern Duran, was sentenced to 18 years for robbery.
