NYS Legislature Back in Session Tomorrow

State lawmakers return to work in Albany tomorrow and they have a lot on their plate to try and tackle before the end of the legislative session.

A bill legalizing marijuana has been tweaked but it's unclear if it will have enough support by the June 19th session end.

There's a bill that would allow sports betting on phones and electronic devices but there's questions as to whether it violates the constitution.

Setting new rent control guidelines and workplace sexual harassment prevention bills are both expected to be discussed.

A bill allowing illegal immigrants to get driver licenses appears to have enough support in the Assembly but it's not clear if the senate will pass it.
