Rochester Police say two pedestrians was struck at the Costco parking lot this afternoon (Thu) when a driver confused the gas with the brake.
The 86-year old driver was pulling into a parking space near the front door when he hit the wrong pedal. Medical personnel checked out both people who were hit and their injuries were minor. No tickets have been issued.
