The man police say was behind the wheel of a vehicle involved in a fatal crash in Parma in January, was in court Thursday.
13WHAM reports Matthew Magar was arraigned on charges including aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter.
Authorities say he slammed his SUV into a car driven by 41-year-old Dilek Ogut at the corner of Clarkson-Parma Town Line Road and Parma Center Road.
Ogut died at the scene.
