The sentence is three years in prison for a Penn Yan bar owner who admitted guilt in a sex abuse case. Bob Champlin pleaded guilty to two sex abuse counts for what happened in his bar -- Lloyd's Limited Pub -- on Christmas Eve 2017. Some of what happened was recorded on video and shared on social media. He abused a woman while she was unconscious, and abused the woman who recorded the video. Champlin's sentence includes ten years' probation, and he must register as a sex offender.
