A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the Rochester woman who was arrested after a crash last month that killed a Lyft driver.
Mary Singhavong is facing multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault, plus manslaughter, DWI and driving without a license.
Police say she ran a red light February 3rd in her cross-over vehicle and hit three other cars at the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Norton Street.
The crash killed Lyft driver Eric Jones of Greece. His passenger, and a passenger in Singhavong's vehicle, were seriously injured.
