Report: SUNY Schools Seeing an Enrollment Decline

New York's shrinking population appears to be a factor in the lower enrollment at the State University of New York.

According to "The Poughkeepsie Journal," newly-released data show SUNY saw an enrollment decline of one-point-six percent last year.

That's the eighth year in a row the system has seen a decrease.

SUNY has 64 campuses throughout New York.
