Listen: State of the Union 2019 Recap

President Trump is urging an end to "ridiculous, partisan investigations." In the annual State of the Union address tonight, Trump also vowed to bring an end to "foolish wars." He said there cannot be war and investigation if there is going to be peace and effective legislation. Trump added, "We must be united at home to defeat our adversaries abroad."

During the State of the Union address, Trump said no unborn child should have to feel pain in a mother's womb.

Trump called for a culture that "cherishes innocent life." He said, "All children -- born and unborn -- are made in the holy image of God."

Governor Cuomo has issued a statement saying he doesn't agree with what the president said on abortion.

Governor Cuomo says Trump's comments go against the so-called "Reproductive Health Act" which was passed last month by New York State lawmakers.

Cuomo also claimed that the president is spreading falsehoods to "control" women's reproductive health decisions.
