A Livonia man is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says 51-year-old Mark Harrington was arrested on Monday and charged with predatory sexual assault of a child.
Authorities believe the alleged abuse took place between 2007 and 2012.
Authorities say the arrest is the result of an investigation between the Sheriff's Office, the Livingston County District Attorney's Office and Child Protective Services from Livingston and Ontario Counties.
