Rochester Housing Authority Chairman Accused of Lying to FBI

UPDATE: The chairman of the Rochester Housing Authority Board is being charged with lying to federal investigators. George Moses has pleaded not guilty to charges of making false statements, apparently connected to RHA contracts. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Federal investigators allege that Moses made four false statements to the FBI regarding his knowledge of contracts between Rochester Housing Charities (RHC) and Capital Connection Partners LLC. (CCP) and between CCP and Caesar Development LLC., a company owned by Adam McFadden.

U.S. Attorney for Western New York Joseph Kennedy has scheduled a 12:30 news conference in Rochester to discuss charges filed against a public official. He will be joined at the Federal Building by the FBI's Special Agent In Charge.
