Webster Woman Indicted By Grand Jury for Deadly Head on Crash

A Webster woman who was charged in a deadly head on crash this past spring, is being indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.

Lindsay Szuba has been indicted on several charges including aggravated vehicular homicide, second degree manslaughter, vehicular assault and DWI.

Szuba was arrested on April 30th, after police say she drove across the center line on Empire Boulevard and hit a vehicle head on, driven by Webster resident Roger Cook.

Cook later died at the hospital. Szuba and a passenger were injured.
