Monroe Co. Grand Jury Indicts Man Charged in Deadly Rochester Shooting

A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted a man charged in a deadly shooting in Rochester last month. 

Police say Demetrie Holloway shot and killed Devin Allen-Furtick June 7th outside 266 Roycroft Drive.

Police say the two men knew each other, but have not said how. Holloway is facing a second degree murder charge and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
