Another Guilty Plea in 5Linx Wire Fraud Case

Another of the 5Linx company founders has pleaded guilty to wire fraud charges.

Jeb Tyler pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy and filing a false tax return for 2014. He's one of three men arrested in the conspiracy.

They were accused of forming shell companies and paying themselves unearned bonuses to loot 5Linx and its investors out of millions of dollars.

Craig Jerabeck pleaded guilty last month. Jason Guck is still awaiting trial.

Federal prosecutors say the three men took $2.3 million from the company.
