A Jeremiah's Tavern restaurant won't be opening on Long Pond Road in Greece.
The Town Board has denied a special use permit, over concerns about noise from the patio. People in nearby homes aired their objections at a meeting last month.
It's not clear if Jeremiah's will look for another location in Greece.
