Rochester Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting on Skuse Street, near Hudson Avenue.
Derrell Davis, of Rochester, was arraigned this morning on manslaughter and weapon charges in the shooting of Amos Harring. Charging documents say Davis had gone to Skuse Street with a loaded pistol to settle a score with someone and handled the gun in "an unsafe manner", causing it to go off.
Harring died later at the hospital. A judge entered a not guilty plea for Davis today.
