Two Arrested After Geneva Shooting

Geneva, NY -- Two Geneva men are under arrest for a shooting in Geneva that has left a man in critical condition. 

It happened around dawn Sundaywhen a vehicle driven by Geneva resident Michael Cosentino hit a tree on Lewis Street between Genesee and North Main streets. Police say he'd been shot in the head several times and needed surgery yesterday. 

The investigation led to the arrests of Erin Rhynes for assault and Timetheus Merritt for a weapon crime. Police say more charges are pending.
