Police are investigating a double shooting in the City of Rochester. It happened Thursday night on 8th street. According to police, a man in his thirties was shot in his upper body while a teenage female was shot in the lower body. Both taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe the 14-year-old was down the street when the shooting happened and was struck by a stray round. There are no suspects in custody at this time and police ask anyone with information to call 911.
