Wayne County Man Accused of Making Threat Against Casino

A Walworth man is facing charges for allegedly trespassing and making threats against the Del Lago Casino in Seneca County. New York State Police say Scott Furey went to the casino on Monday even though he’d been banned from the property for allegedly participating in illegal gaming activities. Authorities say Furey was found sleeping on a couch in the lobby of the casino hotel and was taken into custody for criminal trespass. While in custody he allegedly threatened to commit acts of violence, and was additionally charged with making a terroristic threat.  He remains in Seneca County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
