Humane Society investigators in Ontario County have charged a Canandaigua man with an aggravated animal cruelty charge.
Authorities say a female St. Bernard belonging to Clarence Grover was found in Manchester with an untreated, infected broken leg.
Investigators say the dog, named B-Dog, was emaciated and unable to stand.
