State police have ruled out alcohol or drugs in a fatal two-car crash in Orleans County.
It happened just before noon yesterday on Route 31 in the Town of Ridgeway.
Troopers say Rebecca Harrier of Kent was stopped to make a turn when her car was rear-ended by a car driven by a Medina man. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A relative riding with her is in guarded condition.
The other driver suffered non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is continuing.
