Taylor's nightclub in Pittsford has been shut down, pending a review of operations by town code and compliance officers.
A man was grazed by a bullet when shots were fired during a large fight at the club early yesterday morning. Town Supervisor Bill Smith says Taylor's has been operating as a social club but has a permit to operate as a restaurant.
The nightclub says it has done nothing wrong.
The fight broke out during a memorial fundraiser for a man who was shot and killed exactly one year ago at the Radisson hotel in downtown Rochester.
