A Yates County public defender is accused of forcibly touching a teenage client.
Edward Brockman was in court yesterday to answer charges of official misconduct and forcible touching.
Prosecutors say he touched the 18-year-old girl more than a year ago at his Penn Yan office. Brockman is due back in court next month.
