A Rochester man is under arrest for allegedly breaking into a bar on Park Avenue, and setting a fire at a Monroe Avenue apartment building.
Fire investigators say the crimes happened about 90 minutes apart in the early morning hours of March 31.
Authorities say Ryan Farrell took a number of items in the burglary at the Half Pint Pub, then set the fire at the apartment building after getting into a dispute with a person living there.
No one was hurt in the fire, and no residents were displaced.
