Rochester police say a man and a woman are recovering after they were struck by a car.
It happened last night as they were crossing North Clinton Avenue at Scranton Street. Police say the woman was on a bike and the man was walking next to her. They are in stable condition.
Police say they don't expect to charge the man who was driving the car.
