Irondequoit, NY -- The Democrat running for Irondequoit Town Supervisor is trying to make Friday's movie theater fight involving scores of young people a campaign issue.
Adam Bello says he'd call for a teen curfew and increased security at the Culver Ridge Regal Cinema or use the town's code to shut the complex down. He also pledged to increase police patrols at the theater.
Incumbent Supervisor Mary Joyce D'Aurizio tells WHAM 1180's Bob Lonsberry she would support age restrictions for unsupervised kids at the theater. She says she has been in contact with the theater's corporate office about preventing more trouble.
